MSTelcom is a subsidiary of Sonangol Group, the state petroleum company of Angola. MSTelcom provides a range of telecommunications services for the oil industry as well as for residential and corporate clients. Its name comes from "Mercury Telecommunication Services SARL". Its competitors include Angola Telecom.

Acquisition of ACS – Angola Comunicações & Sistemas, Lda. In 2006 (a Strategic Business Unit, which attends the banking sector).
Holds 51% of Net One, a company providing services to the residential and small and medium enterprises since 2009.
Certified Company by the ISO 9001:2008 in 2010.
Launch of products and services based on IP-MPLS network during 2010.
